• Clearance or final sale items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
How to Initiate a Return

3. Ship the Item – Pack the item securely and send it to the return address provided. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
4. Refund Process – Once we receive and inspect the item, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Exchanges & Damaged Items
• If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement at no additional cost.
• Exchanges are available for size or color issues, subject to stock availability.
Refund Exceptions
• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
• Refunds may be partially approved for items that show signs of use or damage not caused by shipping.
